For security reasons, purchases will require an adult signature upon delivery. In addition,
purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Additionally, for your protection, we cannot ship to an address other than the Billing Address on file for
your Credit Card company. If you would like to add an alternative shipping address, this must be on
file with your credit card company. Please call the 1-800 number on the back of your credit card and
ask them to add the alternative address to your account. This is for your protection and safety.
We ship your order quickly through FedEx, USPS or Brinks Delivery Service. We use a number of different methods so that we can ensure the timeliest delivery of your order.
- Orders totaling less than $500 are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
- Orders totaling more than $500 are shipped via FedEx or USPS Express Mail.
- Orders totaling more than $10,000 are shipped overnight via USPS Express Mail.
- Orders totaling more than $75,000 are shipped via Brinks Delivery Service.

We guarantee that every piece of jewelry we sell you will give you or the recipient complete satisfaction or you may return it for a replacement or for a refund of the purchase price* (US$), within 30 days of receipt of the item. If you or your recipient does not absolutely love the piece you purchase, you can return it with no hassle for a full refund, no questions asked.
In order to process your return:
- You must call us at 800.989.3755 to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Packages sent to us for return or exchange with no RA Number visible on the outside of the box will be refused.
- Carefully package and ship us the return within 30 days of your delivery date.
